The staff were very friendly and the location was great, everything in the center was within walking distance. However, for a hotel like this it was very expensive; the room facilities were limited, towels and sheets weren't clean enough, the room looked old and neglected, and it was not comfortable. It cost 40 USD.
The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the balcony is nice! The bathroom feels a bit dated and the price is a bit high for that. It’s quite loud because it’s in the center, up to about 23 00.

The location was good. In the noisy area, they assigned our room on the mountain side. They gave us tea as a gift. The restaurant drinks were cheap and easy to use. The outside noise was loud, probably because of the busy street.

Excellent location right on Ella's main buzzing street, close to all the restaurants and activity, real centre of the action. The property itself was excellent too, we had a huge duplex double room with a separate bed for our daughter, impressive for a smaller town setting. Breakfast had a great variety, and they happily accommodated additional vegetarian options when asked. A real highlight was arranging a quiet rooftop dinner for us on one of the evenings, and the staff, especially Mahesh, were wonderful throughout. One area for attention: having booked two double rooms for two nights, we did request driver accommodation which they weren't able to arrange, something they should consider for guests booking at this level. Overall a lovely stay, would recommend
