The pool area is a letdown, especially since it doesn't open until 12 noon. It's a major bummer if you're looking forward to a morning swim.

The staff here are genuinely warm and welcoming, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. The hotel's cleanliness, location, and pool are all top-notch, and the food quality is surprisingly good. However, the parking area is tiny, the food prices are steep, and the breakfast menu gets repetitive after a few days – they could do with some more variety. On top of that, they seem to overdo it with the chilli flakes in their dishes.
