It’s right in the city centre, only 7 minutes to the sea. The sound insulation is quite good. They cleaned the room and, at my request, gave me a kettle. The host, Стоянка, is very kind and attentive. They changed the linens and towels. The balcony is convenient. The bed is comfortable and fairly firm. The courtyard is beautiful, full of flowers. If you arrive early you can leave your luggage and go to the sea while the room is being prepared. Everything is superb. The shower isn’t very convenient, but it’s a small downside compared to the other advantages.

The bathroom was good, it drained normally, the furniture, TV and air‑conditioner were new. The room was cramped, the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, there was a lot of noise from other rooms, and the walls were thin with no insulation.

There isn’t enough parking space around the house. They direct you to a parking area about 500 metres away. Smoking is allowed in the rooms, and our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Our room was small, the toilet tiny, and it was terribly noisy. We are very disappointed!

The staff were friendly—young man and woman who even dried our room after the leak. But the bathroom was a nightmare: water gushed from all three outer walls and the whole room flooded (room 15). No offer to move us or any compensation came our way. For the price you’d expect at least a dry bathroom. On top of that, the walls are thin and you can hear every neighbor, especially when someone’s luggage rattles in the hallway.
