“WORST EXPERIENCE”

We had booked this accommodation twice last year and again this time; however, an official there unexpectedly informed us that we could not stay there. This caused us significant inconvenience, leaving us stranded with nowhere to go that evening. When we inquired about this, he stated that, under the new government regulations, they are not permitted to provide accommodation to foreign tourists at that location. (However, he noted that they had not registered the 'C-form' required for the accommodation of those foreign guests.) They further stated that it was not their fault, but rather a mistake on the part of . Consequently, we did not stay there; I urge any other foreigner intending to book this place to verify the details thoroughly before making a reservation.

“We shoulg get the same place for what we have booked”

We booked the Super Townhouse on Arcot Road near Kauvery Hospital but were assigned to a different property, causing total inconvenience.

The room was filthy, and we had to handle everything ourselves because there was no proper room service; mosquito bites were everywhere, the staff were very rude, the TV was broken, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all—completely wasted money, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

“Booking.com please remove this listing- it’s worse”

The place was just bad, no question; I was there for work, it was a terrible stay, and after one night I left the hotel because it cost too much for nothing.
