The cleanliness and hygiene were absolutely subpar! The kitchen closed at 18:00, which was inconvenient because there was no restaurant nearby. The location was also not ideal.

The check in process was very very bad. My girlfriend went to check in alone because I was waiting in line for over 1 hour for bensin/fuel during the crisis. Even I gave her the booking code & pin the staff made her wait in the lobby, denied her checking in. I had to goto the location just to show my ID. Very bad system, I never have this problem when travelling. Another problem is no mosquito nets in a dengue area so I did not get any sleep as there are many mosquitos. Should be able to check in with the booking confirmation /pin. Needs mosquito nets

The staff were very gentle and the location was very quiet. You can hear your neighbors talking from the straw houses.

The rooms are always clean. Parking for motorbikes is always blocked by cars. When I complained to the female host she told me “bad luck” if you don’t like it, don’t stay here again, which was very rude. Her husband asked why I parked there. It was the only space available because you have four rental bikes and four staff bikes parked in the customer parking area. It can be very noisy, with maintenance always going on. After booking for ten days they told me the pool was under repair, but there was no discount or apology; if it’s under repair, close the doors.
