The location was very easy to access for all the places, and the spa was good. The spa location itself wasn’t really a nice place.

Located near Jln Asia Africa & Jln Braga, the staff were helpful and the lifts had less waiting time. Towels were changed daily. However, the toilet and room fittings were in shabby condition, the air‑cond controller couldn’t be used, and the carpet was dusty.

The hotel is big and the breakfast spread was good. The carpet inside the room was smelly, water coming out of the pipe smelled like an old well, the face tissues were smelly, and the towels were all smelly—overall the room wasn’t well maintained.
