The front‑desk lady—name unknown—was incredibly helpful, even though we had no charged phone; she settled us and assisted with check‑out, giving us more than enough time. She worked the day shift on 19 Sept. The hotel is great value, located close to Trimbakeshwar temple, and remains the best option for a stay near Trimbakeshwar Mahadev.
