From the outside the building looks modest, yet inside it’s clean and has a fresh feel. The stairs are narrow, making it hard to pass someone, and the façade can briefly make you wonder if this is actually a hotel.

The noise level was completely out of control – it was like a never-ending cacophony.

I was relieved when the staff helped me with the check-in process and followed up with a confirmation call afterwards, but the apartment-style building meant that I could hear every sound from the floors above, and to top it off, the TV didn't work – no digital channels or BS.
