Nothing good to say; the deposit was stolen, the bed sheets and carpet were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, dogs barked next door, the hallway smelled of smoke, everything was outdated, and the staff were full of attitude and inexperienced.

It was extremely stinky, the AC barely worked, the hallway smelled bad, I was supposed to get a king bed but received a half queen, there was no breakfast, I waited 2 hrs to check in, and overall it was horrible—everything was bad.

They’ve been helpful so far, and I’m still waiting for my refund; I booked through Bookings.com, arrived on 9/18 with my confirmation number, but was told the hotel was overbooked and had no rooms, even though I’d already been charged for two nights, and I was turned away with no room or help finding other accommodation.
