住客对酒店各方面的评价。
The staff were super friendly and pleasant. Our flight landed very early, so they kindly let us check in ahead of time, which was a huge help, especially when traveling with kids. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent. We had breakfast included but didn’t get a chance to eat it; it looked fully stocked.

The place is clean and well‑located, but the room is small, which is typical for Madrid.
