The location was convenient with nearby stores so I didn’t have to travel far for errands, but the room had an old building smell and didn’t feel clean, so I had to ask the cleaning staff to use disinfectant.

Everything was good as I expected it to be

I stayed here two nights ago; the gentleman at the front desk let me check in by paying because I had lost my physical card on the Galveston ferry the night before and their tap‑to‑pay didn’t work. Last night I booked a room, but the lady at the front desk wouldn’t let me check in, and they still charged me $110 for a room I couldn’t stay in.

The location was good, staff friendly, and the pool was nice and clean, but the air conditioner was noisy.
