The staff was very supportive and friendly. The location is on the main road, close to the market, and the restaurant food was also quite good.

“Clean, comfortable and helpful staff.”

The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was the best stay before you enter the Gulmarg security post. It’s close to the market and several restaurants to explore, and there’s an ATV facility right in front of the hotel. Nothing else to note; it was value for money.

First, be aware that there are two hotels with the same name—one above and one at the mountain base. We stayed at the base one near the ATVs and had a positive experience. The food is nice and there’s a free breakfast you can order from the menu. The view is splendid but can be noisy from daytime traffic. The hotel staff and manager Rayees were friendly. A bus gate is nearby, so many shops—including an Indian sweet shop—are close by. ATMs nearby did not work for foreign cards. There is sometimes a very stinky smell coming from the bathroom.

We had a great experience at the hotel; the rooms were clean and cozy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good and all facilities were organized, the food was tasty, and overall it was a fantastic stay that we’d definitely return to; the staff’s hospitality made our night even more memorable, so I highly recommend it.
