“Shocking... Doesn't exist!”
When we arrived we couldn’t find an entrance. I emailed the property to ask how we get in and where the parking was, as I had to leave my car on double yellows to try and find a way in. Eventually knocked on what seemed like a residential door to be told there was no booking and they hadn’t been there for months. I was taking my daughter to a festival on the park next to this accommodation but instead I had to drive round Preston looking for somewhere else to stay, so I was not only doubly out of pocket, stressed and fuming, my daughter missed seeing the one band she wanted to see! Completely ruined our experience.
“Rubbish.”
Nothing was there.
I arrived only to find that they couldn’t accommodate me, yet they still took my money.
There was no accommodation. The owner refused entry, stating she has stopped any further bookings from last 6 months but continues to fool people.
“Should not have been on booking.com completely ruined our evening”
I was forced to book another hotel because this place didn’t have a trading licence, so I had to leave.
