“GRATAMENTE SORPRENDIDO”
The standout for me was the genuine family‑like warmth you get from the staff; they made the place feel cozy and welcoming, like staying with relatives.
Walking in felt like entering a dream: the setting was gorgeous, the staff provided fabulous, attentive service, and overall it was simply the best experience I've had.
“Decepcionante. No me atendieron y tuve que ir a otro hospedaje mucho más caro”
Nothing about this hotel worked in my favor—every single thing, from the room condition to the service, fell short of basic expectations. It was a nonstop series of letdowns.
