Nice location. Lovely rooms. We were upgraded which was also very nice and appreciated. Greeted with champagne. Comfortable beds, nice towels. The restaurant service was exceptionally slow at dinner. We were a party of 6 and there were no other customers but we waited at least an hour for food

I had a very pleasant stay at H15 in Warsaw. I especially liked the spacious and tastefully designed room. A real highlight was the open bathroom integrated into the sleeping area, which gives the room a very special and modern atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. From the very first moment, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, distinctive design, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again

Hôtel calme et propre. Bien situé. Personnel attentionné. Buffet du petit-déjeuner très varié. Le service au petit déjeuner est lent, les oeufs en particulier mettent beaucoup de temps à arriver C'est le seul bémol
