Dona Cleusa is always super helpful. Her friendliness made the stay feel welcoming and easy.

The service was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but one chatty employee kept talking all night.

The place is right next to bakeries, markets, and almost on the beach. The owner is nice and always ready to help. However, the room I stayed in had a strong sewage and urine smell, and there were ongoing renovations that were a bit annoying. There’s no intercom to reach reception, which is frustrating, and the TV only worked on two channels.

I liked the TV and all the appliances, but the blanket was thin, the power outlet was far away, and the towels and mats were in need of replacement. The lighting was harsh yellow, the bathroom furniture looked worn, and the TV didn’t have Netflix. The room door had no lock, and there were dead cockroaches in the hallways. They allow dogs, but the one I stayed with kept barking all night. The blankets and towels were also worn and overdue for a change.
