The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The cleanliness was lacking.

There was no hot water and no towels. I would not recommend this hotel and would rather stay elsewhere.

I didn't like anything about this hotel unfortunately. The first room I arrived in was dirty, full of rubbish, with mold under the beds and in the bathroom – a very run‑down room. I then discovered the window was broken and I couldn’t secure it, which was unsettling since I was traveling alone with my children. The TV remote didn’t work. I told the staff, they swapped my room, but the new one had the same broken window handle, so it still couldn’t be secured properly, and there was dirt and rubbish everywhere.
