“Over all great price, value for money, greta decor and helpful staff. Could improve air conditioning and fix lights.”

The location was very good, the decor stylish and the staff lovely. The toilet flush was broken but got fixed quickly. The air conditioning was just a plug‑in unit that didn’t cool the room much. One side of the bed had a broken side light.

“Would absolutely stay again, great spot, great stay.”

I really hit the jackpot with Room 9 and a private roof terrace; it was immaculately clean, the bed comfy, the air‑con good, the bathroom spacious, and there were sockets by the bed—everything was great! The location is excellent, especially on weekends. The operators were the nicest and most friendly; thanks to them both! Water pressure could have been better, but that’s the same everywhere. We declined cleaning on day one, then had to request paper towels and bathroom cleaning a few times, but otherwise nothing else. The place is above the best taco spot and can be noisy, but the air‑con drowned it out. Oh, and the PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE requires lugging your own cans upstairs.

“Very cute and stylish spot with a brilliant location. Everything Barcelona on your doorstep.”

Be aware the walls are thin and it’s in a lively area that stays up late. They do give earplugs, but if you’re a light sleeper you might still have trouble.
