Breakfast was incredible, the place was clean, and the spa offered a wide variety of options.

The restaurant’s setting and the staff’s friendliness were positives, as were the breakfasts and the chef’s cuisine. Negatives: our room was in an annex and we couldn’t park nearby; the window faced a busy street and was noisy; the old furnishings lacked a fridge and kettle.

We enjoyed the breakfast, pool and spa, but had to leave the property and walk down the street to reach the spa or restaurant from our room. On top of that, our two beds were separate yet placed very close together.
