The rooms were great, but the hot water became extremely hot after a while.

The staff were very nice and the room was accommodating, the breakfast selection was also very good, and the location relative to Kansas City was convenient, but there was no management on site to resolve a charge dispute, the hotel billed a higher amount, the payment was declined, and my credit card was charged the room in full again.
The hotel needs at least one ice machine on each floor.
The room was clean, the front‑desk host was friendly, and the bed was so comfortable after an 11‑hour drive; this is now our new favorite place.

The breakfast was fantastic—there was a chef on hand who made amazing breakfast tacos and real eggs, plus a yogurt bar and more. Happy hour featured great cheese and bread from Wes, Oliver’s tapenade, and free beer and wine. The front desk staff were among the friendliest we've ever met.
