The cuisine and the pool were fine, and the kids’ animators tried hard to involve every child in activities. Having a playground, a pool, and the sea nearby was a plus. I would have liked a bit quieter neighbours.

“An extremely unpleasant stay: an unbearable smell, dirty floors and dishes, and an awful breakfast.”

I can’t really point out any positives about my stay. From the moment I walked in, a horrible odor hit me, almost enough to trigger a panic attack. The hotel was filthy – the floors were dirty and the dishes weren’t washed properly. Even though it’s marketed as all‑inclusive, the breakfast was terrible. The stench and the lack of cleanliness made the experience extremely uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this place.

The staff, except for some receptionists, and the women and manager were all liked. What I disliked most was being forced to pay an extra 240 €. I was upset by the tone and behaviour of those mentioned when they tried to resolve my room booking issue, even though I had paid the same amount for two rooms. It felt like a scam. For me, this is a principled outrage. We’ve been staying at your hotel for three years as a family, and after this treatment, it’s probably the last time. Last year I saw a similar situation with other guests, but didn’t pay attention; now they’ve deceived us. I still don’t know whether Booking or the hotel staff is at fault, and I haven’t been able to find out. I’ll look for a different hotel in the future.
