I liked the location, but the daytime staff were not knowledgeable and didn’t try to help. The air conditioner in room 133 didn’t work, and in room 134 I saw a roach. Both rooms had a stale mildew smell, and housekeeping was rude.

The breakfast was good, but our TV was broken and no one came to fix it as promised. The room was EXTREMELY damp—no idea why—and even the toilet paper was damp.

Free breakfast and a nice pool were positives, but the room was dirty, smelled bad, and the TV didn’t work. I should have paid $50 less than what I did, to be honest.

The place was clean and had been recently updated. The bed was extremely comfortable; I ordered online to have the exact pillows delivered to our house. Breakfast had runny eggs and under‑cooked sausages, so I went to Denny’s and will factor in the extra $20+ cost on my next trip, looking at other brands with a full breakfast.
