“Authenticité et confort pour un séjour mémorable”

The place is magnificent, surrounded by nature. It’s an old building that has been modernised yet retained its authenticity. The staff are very kind and attentive. We stayed for Ferragosto and the meal was huge for a very reasonable price, featuring only the culinary specialties of this beautiful region. The breakfast buffet with crostate and cakes delighted us. The pool is large, clean, and there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas. We will return without hesitation. The only small complaint would be the state of the road for the last kilometres.

“tre giorni di pace”

The staff were friendly: welcoming and professional. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. The pool is the highlight of the property with loungers, umbrellas, and deck chairs. Wi‑Fi is almost non‑existent in the rooms. The TV has no access to streaming platforms. The last few kilometers before reaching the property require very slow driving because the road is in bad condition.

It’s a beautiful spot, and everyone is genuinely friendly and courteous. The room was nice and spacious, the gardens were lovely and well maintained, and the pool was nice, even if it was full of kids, haha. We really appreciated the welcome for our dog. The bathroom could have been better or more modern: the shower only had a curtain, and for some reason the toilet seat was very high, so my feet didn’t touch the floor. Also, they only provided shampoo, no hand soap. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach our room. I think breakfast was a missed opportunity to offer local or homemade products instead of supermarket cheeses and cured meats. However, the terrace where breakfast was served was charming, as was the staff.

The welcome was great, the building is a well‑kept typical farmhouse, located 30 minutes from Perugia and 40 from Assisi, making it an ideal place to escape everyday life.
