The location is spot on – right next to the plaza and a stone’s throw from Balcarce’s best eateries. The rooms are tidy and the beds and pillows are comfy. The staff at reception were friendly, though they didn’t always seem very helpful or honest. The breakfast, however, was a let‑down: you have to pay extra for ham and cheese, the juice is powdered, no fresh fruit, and everything is flour‑heavy – not good for celiacs.

“Buen hotel pero malisimo el desayuno”

The hotel isn’t bad, but it doesn’t match the cozy vibe of the photos. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and the place stays clean. It’s well‑located near the plaza and Balcarce’s great restaurants. Reception staff were pleasant, though they lacked a bit of honesty and willingness to help. Breakfast was disappointing – extra fees for ham and cheese, powdered juice, no fruit, and a flour‑heavy spread that’s a nightmare for celiacs.

“Estancia agradable”

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t live up to expectations.
