The staff were very nice! Thanks. The outdoor area was poorly maintained with tall grass even on the walkway.

The scenery was great, yet the room we booked wasn’t what we saw online, it was dirty, the toilet lid was broken, the sheets had holes, the shower was filthy, the front door had a 2 cm gap, hair was in the bathroom from the previous guest, and the kitchen corner was very untidy.

Francesco welcomed us super kindly, the location was great, the room was nice, the breakfast tasty, and everything was really fantastic—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back. There was nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent and the restaurant shows great dedication, but the sauna on our houseboat didn’t work, the houseboat was cleaned but still dirty, the toilet had many spiders and cobwebs, Booking had already charged us beforehand, a refund on site was refused, it was really expensive, we suggested a solution but received no response, it’s a shame I had to go that route, maybe they’ll react to a review.
