“PENIPUAN NTAH APLIKASI ATAU PIHAK HOTEL”

I booked two rooms, but the hotel staff refused to let us check in because the system was not working with the app. In the end, our family was left stranded and had to find another place to stay.

“Tidak ada”

The location is close to the city. The price is misleading; the advertised rate does not match the reality. Oyo is very bad.

The stay was comfortable and privacy was maintained. No issues.
