Parking access was very, very tight, and the hotel was very noisy. The meals, including breakfast, were almost identical every day.

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff friendly, breakfast good, and there was parking for the car, which is convenient. The price is too high for the location of the hotel in Marinha Grande and doesn’t justify such a steep rate.

“Mini frigorífico avariado”

I had an excellent experience and will return without hesitation! I loved staying at Hotel Cristal. Everything ran smoothly, and it was one of those hotels where I truly relaxed. I heard almost no noise at night and the double bed was super comfortable. Another highlight was the shower, which had amazing water pressure—something I’ve rarely found in other hotels. The staff earned a top score: always attentive, friendly, and smiling, which really enhances the guest experience. A big plus is the on‑site restaurant with affordable prices, so we could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner without leaving the hotel. For car travelers like me, there’s a large private parking lot, which is very convenient and eliminates the hassle of finding a spot. Overall, I was very satisfied: comfortable, quiet, good service, and everything we needed right there. Definitely a place I’ll return to. The mini‑fridge wasn’t working, but I didn’t see it as a problem and didn’t bother asking the staff.

The overall experience was good, but the breakfast could have been better; the bathwater in the bathroom turned out completely brown, and I spent over 30 minutes trying to get it to flow, yet it never reached 100%.
