“Ficou bastante a desejar”
The shower was good. The apartment faces the sea, close to restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc. There were stairs, and we couldn't use the elevator even though it existed; when we turned off the main light switch in the apartment, none of the other switches worked, forcing us to go to the kitchen to activate the central switch and light the bedroom or bathroom lamps, which was very unpleasant. Another major disappointment was the room cleaning: out of the five nights we paid for, it was cleaned only twice, despite us filling out the daily cleaning request form. The apartment was left with sand, dampness, and full trash cans; we complained but nothing was done, which was very unpleasant.
