The hotel is beautiful, set in a quiet spot with a stunning balcony view overlooking the famous church and glacier; the host is helpful, the use of wood inside and outside is tasteful, and the breakfast is excellent. It was a shame that on Tuesday it was a closing day and we could only visit the Sonnblick restaurant for breakfast the next day.

The host, a mother and son, are so nice that I feel at home. The location is great, and the view of the church from here is spectacular. Don’t miss it. I wish I could post a photo here.

I’m staying only one night, but it’s probably the best place ever. It’s a nice, quiet spot in a beautiful area, the food is gorgeous, and the owner is a very nice lady. Everyone speaks English, which is very nice. Parking is beside the hotel. Nothing else to add.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the location offered a peaceful setting just outside town, the breakfast was delicious, and the evening meals in the restaurant were equally delightful—no aspect of this family‑run pension left anything to wish for.
