The pool and surroundings were very nice. We stayed twice in a small room that was fine, but the second time we got a large apartment where Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The staff didn’t speak English and we had to use a translator; a lady said she’d sort it out, but it’s still unresolved. When I asked the owner via WhatsApp for the room number, he replied but nothing changed. Towels were dirty, the fridge was dirty too. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. The toilet didn’t flush well. The staff didn’t greet us. The air conditioning barely blew.

The price‑performance was very good, the fridge was included and check‑in was simple. The location was a nightmare; we had to search 30 minutes to find a passable street. In the first night we parked outside, but there was a parking garage that nobody told us about. After asking, we learned there were many bikes in the garage that we weren’t allowed to use, so we had to drive through bad streets each time because the center was very far away.
