The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean.
“Uma experiência nada agradável.”
The café was weak, and the space, value for money, and old‑fashioned ambience were disappointing because the price was high.
The staff were accommodating.

The quick response and welcome, plus the location, were positive. However, the towels didn’t smell clean, and in the bathroom I found soap from a previous guest. The sheets had a stored, not clean, smell. There were many noises during the night, and the price did not include breakfast.

The receptionists were helpful, but there was a lot of noise between rooms, limiting rest, and many guests were working.
