The front desk service was excellent, thanks to Cik Ida. The curtain holder fell off when opened, but luckily it didn't hit my wife; otherwise everything was fine.

The room was spacious and in a great spot, just a 5‑minute walk from the city’s main attractions. The building felt a bit old and the beds were small.

The location was good, easy to walk to the sights, and the price was very reasonable. The facilities were basic, but as long as the air‑con was cold enough, the bed was comfortable, and the shower worked fine, it was good value for money. The soundproofing was not great; I could hear noise from the room above, like a chair or something scraping on the floor, but otherwise it was fine.

The location and the friendly staff were good, and it was value for money. There wasn’t much else to note because what you pay is generally what you get; in this case, that was true.
