The location is very convenient, close to everything, and the room is airy and fairly pleasant. However, we experienced a lack of water in the shower, with very little water coming out, forcing us to buy bottled water for showers. There is no reception; if anything goes wrong, you have to find the manager. In four days, the room was never cleaned.
The establishment was clean, which is a plus for an island like Koh Phi Phi. The location is excellent, everything easily accessible. The air conditioning works perfectly, no issues there. Overall, the facilities were adequate and the stay could have gone well. However, there were major problems with organization and communication. The owner entered the room without knocking, then came to bang at 1 a.m. over a supposed payment issue that had already been settled. He even asked me to leave at night to pay at a restaurant, which was unjustified. I couldn’t get an invoice. The next morning at 8 a.m., another person came to demand payment again, and yet another in the evening. Three different people asked for a payment that had already been made, making the stay stressful and unpleasant.
Great location, close to everything, and a quiet room. The room has new furniture. The only bathroom with a shower separated by a curtain is the only one I’ve seen in Southeast Asia. The room wasn’t cleaned during the stay, but that’s not an issue if you’re staying only a few days.
Die Lage war gut und sehr zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser und meistens auch garkein Wasser, ich musste jedes mal beim duschen 2h auf Wasser warten, und stand voll mit Shampoo unter der Dusche. Die Dame betreibt unter den Apartments noch 20 Waschmaschinen, wenn Abends jeder Wäsche waschen will dann ist das duschen für die Gäste nicht mehr möglich. Außerdem stinkt der Abfluss und das Wasser extrem nach fauligen Eiern, und das Wasser ist sehr salzig. Die Klimaanlage war dreckig und teilweise verschimmelt, wir sind überhaupt nicht pingelig aber nach 1 Stunde Klima an haben wir uns krank gefühlt und mussten niesen und die Nase putzen. Für 55€ pro Nacht für 2 Personen meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer
