The location was fantastic, right near the Duomo, everything was perfect. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy—cleaning crews worked in the middle of the night and other guests were loud, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel.

The spot is great, the room is super comfy, they cleaned daily and the wifi worked perfectly.

They welcomed me warmly and the room was big and clean, but I wish they’d remove the step in front of the door and the bathroom.
