We had no hot water on Sunday morning for the five rooms we booked for a family event. This place often has issues; last time they held our deposit claiming we’d damaged the shower tray, even though the damage was already there when we arrived, and our word didn’t count. Disappointing!

Great location, solid furnishings, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Wi‑Fi is a hassle every time you have to re‑register to get online, and there’s no one on hand if something urgent pops up. Why ask for the checkout time when the electronic lock locks at a specific hour, leaving you stuck outside with all your stuff still in the room?
