I didn’t actually make it to this booking because I came down with a cold a few days before and didn’t want to pass the Lurgi on to Sean. All communication with the host was impeccable. Nothing.

“Fab nights stay in warm and comfortable surroundings”

Sean was a very generous host, made us feel comfortable in his home and ensured we had all our needs met. We felt very at home. Nothing.

“Surprisingly lovely stay on whimp trip to London in New Year’s Eve, very grateful to found Sean’s place.”

Sean’s place was easy to find and in a nice area of this neighbourhood, for us was quite convenient because my daughter needed to be near Electric Brixton for an event which was at walking distance. We also took advantage of having a good go around “the Village” market and the area after dropping our stuff and we really like being in the real eclectic diverse London with locals not tourists (we live here in Sussex so we could tell the difference) but still just a short ride on the tube and you are right in Soho, Oxford Street, etc… so great value for money being central and very affordable. The general decor is nice and pleasing with loads of character and the room was bigger than average, outside was freezing but room (and flat) was very warmth, I actually needed to turn the heating down. I like the lighting (I’m quite fussy about this) and although it was a sofa bed it was huge and surprisingly comfortable with nice quality topper. bedding and towels freshly washed. You could move around without tripping on stuff and was quite private. Sean has lovely details like a desk, coffee table, etc… Wifi was very good so everything we needed and more was readily available. Now Sean is witty, funny, intelligent and just a lovely person. I was “worry” because this was our first experience sharing with a host but he put us at ease straightaway. Very accommodating and the kind of person who breaks the ice as he opens the door. I could have spend the whole time in his company, never short of interesting and alluring conversation. He is quite a character and he was a generous, unfussy host. We were extremely lucky landing with him on a extremely difficult time and daring a last minute trip to London on New Year’s Eve still he was absolutely on the ball with everything. My very fussy teen loved him and that’s not easy feat. On top of everything, lovely hot shower and yummy breakfast. Can’t recommend enough, hope I have the chance to visit again. Nothing, everything was good… I believe is always room for improvement in any situation but it was really pretty good and exceeded our expectations can’t think of anything else

“Home from home”

Sean welcomed me warmly and stayed attentive throughout my visit. The location was ideal and felt like home. The property was impeccably clean, quiet, and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Nothing else to add.

I only have good words for Sean and his hospitality. Both my daughter and I felt at home. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. A truly great experience.
