The staff were friendly and the location was close to the city center, but the Schwedenplatz area is very ugly and dangerous, the rooms are totally rundown, the hotel needs renovation, and the spa doesn’t open until 12:30 pm (unbelievable).

The hotel sits high and offers a very nice view of the city, even better during breakfast or a drink at the “Das Loft” on the top floor; I was upgraded to a very large, clean room, and the staff—including the cleaning team who asked if I needed anything—were great, though I told them cleaning wasn’t necessary during my stay. The hotel is on the edge of the center, which I liked but others might need to adjust; public transport is conveniently located 250 m from the hotel.

Overall. While checking in; we re not informed of being punished of 250 Euros if smoking in the room. While checking out; whether i told that we’re not informed about non smoking rooms, They did not even listen to me. Furthermore; They fined of 250 euros. They took my 250 euros and the did not even give me a receipt or something like that. I do not know who take my money; the hotel? Reception man? City authorities? No receipt. It is like robbery. They should have informed me abaut money fee before my accomodation!!!!!

The location is great on the edge of the city, just a 10‑minute walk to the center, and the apartment is spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast on the top floor is top quality, with a cold buffet and à la carte options. The apartment looks a bit dim at first glance and could use more lights. A few issues popped up: the bathroom door was a bit wobbly, a blind on one window wouldn’t pull out, and the bed had a soft mattress that felt saggy. We pointed out these problems, and they should be fixed.
