Spotless, the bed was comfortable, the spot is great, and the air smells fresh and clean. The housekeeping crew is friendly. The staff, however, is not consistent. My husband and I have stayed here for many years, yet the people here are not friendly and the lakehouse team is awful. This hotel has lost the charm I once loved; I now understand why a gratuity is added to the lakehouse bill, as they would never receive a tip. A kind smile goes a long way.

The property’s location is excellent. The pool chairs are heavily worn and old, and the hotel has a noticeable mold odor.

Overall spectacular; from the moment you enter the scent is pleasant and everything is very clean. The hotel is very nice, offers breakfast and lunch à la carte at affordable prices.
