Hard mattresses, the place was overall dirty and the sink drain leaked, the taps were broken and there was no hot water, and the photos on the listing were not what I actually saw.

This place is a decent value for the price, and the staff were really helpful. However, the room quality was just adequate - it was clean and all, but nothing special. I wouldn't say it was worth the money, but it was a good option if you're on a tight budget.

I was really disappointed with this place. The staff couldn't even get the room right, and I ended up with a room that reeked of smoke and grime. I had to move to a different room in the middle of the night because it was so bad, and I was shocked to find a used nappy behind the toilet seat and leftovers from the previous occupants. To make matters worse, they didn't even provide the usual water bottles, and they tried to sell them to me on arrival.

This place was a real gem - it was quiet and peaceful, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
