Nice, decent and quiet neighbourhood. The room is simple and lovely. Parking is available even on the north side of the premises. Great value for money.
The room is simply furnished and clean. The communal kitchen is well equipped and the shared bathrooms are also great. We were unlucky to get the room under the kitchen and next to the shower, so we could hear every step from the kitchen and bathroom in the room. That was not ideal.

The staff were always reachable online and very friendly, but the communal pool wasn’t cleaned properly every day, and the bed springs were hard to feel when you lay down. I can’t understand why they don’t use memory foam mattresses; IKEA ones aren’t that expensive and are really comfortable. The room rate seemed too high for what you actually get, though that’s common in the Highlands.
Check‑in was easy via code. The shopping centres are within walking distance, and there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. Very good value for money, but the walls and floors are thin, so it can be noisy.

The location near the shopping was convenient. Having a kitchen and washing machine available was a huge benefit. The bed in the room wasn’t very comfortable and it was clear that little money went into making it nice. It was efficient and clean – so nothing to complain about in that regard. Definitely a place just to crash, but not one to really relax in if you have downtime.
