“Nemístné chování personálu”

The hotel is beautiful with a great kids’ activity program, a nice wellness area, generous breakfasts, and a pleasant on‑site restaurant. During dinner, right in the middle of the meal, the manager came by asking if someone could search our rooms. We stared at her in despair and said no, because there were small children sleeping in both rooms. After the conversation we decided to go with her to search the rooms together, but it wasn’t possible to wait until the meal finished. In the end it turned out that a woman had lost an iPhone in the wellness area and we had to search the jackets. This was completely inappropriate for us and ruined the whole evening.

The hotel is new, clean, and just a short walk from the ski lift. It simply doesn’t have enough service capacity for so many guests. On the first day we had to wait in line for check‑in and dinner, and the dinner for some guests was held in a newly built area of the conference hall, so we didn’t get to see the nice restaurant and couldn’t order anything special beyond the half‑board items. Other facilities like the pool and kids’ play area were nice, but again insufficient for such a large hotel if you don’t want to be crowded. The food was decent but weaker than other 4‑star hotels, probably a 3‑star level. Overall it was very average, and for the price we wouldn’t come back or recommend it.

“Potrzebowalem takiego odpoczynku.”

The pool was great, the location was perfect, the kitchen was excellent… everything tasted amazing. I’d add that it was all perfect. 👋 No complaints.

Kapacita celého hotelu naprosto neodpovídá počtu ubytovaných hostů.v restauraci ráno i večer stále stojíte fronty, stejně tak recepce nezvládá příjezd hostů - hodinová fronta až na parkoviště.Wellnes, kde se ani nepohnete a pokoje, kde se neuklízí, pokud nejste na více než 7 dni. K tomu navíc personál, který až na recepci neumí anglicky a je veľmi nepříjemný .za nás obrovské zklamání

Snídaně byly skvělé. Moc nám chutnalo. V hotelu bylo velmi mnoho lidí, hlavně v prostorách bazénu a na snídaních (vzhledem k prázdninám v Čechách se to dalo očekávat)
