I didn't plan on having breakfast, but nobody mentioned it was included, so I ended up paying extra. The staff were friendly, just a bit of a language hiccup since I only speak English. Overall, it was fine.

The price was solid compared to other Shanghai hotels, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The downside? The hotel is a bit out of the city center, the staff don't speak English, and the front desk seemed annoyed when we mentioned staying for several days.
