A Casa Da Mami

The host and her mother run this B&B and it’s truly amazing; they’re gracious, sweet, and accommodate any request. She’s very informative and has a whole book that serves as a starter’s guide to exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, complete with bonus restaurant recommendations and suggested trips. The only downside is that Piano Di Sorrento is a bit far from Sorrento’s main city, making getting around difficult because it’s a 10‑minute walk from the train station and the bus comes only once every 30 minutes. Other than that, it’s great if you want a quieter time, want to visit less crowded restaurants or the port of Piano di Sorrento, or just swim. The bathroom is very clean with excellent facilities.

“Como en casa”

Mirella and Marzia’s attention made us feel at home, and breakfast was spectacular and super complete. We didn’t find anything bad.

“Calidez y limpieza”

We arrived to a spotless welcome; Mirella greeted us and shared tour, restaurant, and city‑moving tips. The breakfast was super complete, abundant, and delicious, and she adapted it perfectly for my vegan diet. Marzia helped with any questions we had and was always warm. The accommodation is just a few blocks from Piano di Sorrento train station, where a 6‑minute train ride takes you to Sorrento and ferries to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. A great supermarket is two blocks away, and the room has a mini‑fridge. The kindness of both hosts made these four nights a pleasure.
