The owner’s welcome and willingness to help were appreciated. The only downside is the lack of an elevator in the building.

The room was spacious and clean, the location convenient for many activities, and the staff were helpful and courteous even over the phone when I was absent; a small terrace was included. Outside the building entrance the area is not very pleasant, with a lot of decay, and the local lodging tax is high and paid on site—better to check beforehand; it isn’t their fault, as clear as that.

The apartment was immaculate, modern, and very comfortable; the bed was cozy, the room was well‑equipped, and everything matched the description. The location is superb—within walking distance of Naples’ main sights, restaurants, and public transport. The host was kind, responsive, and made check‑in a breeze. We felt safe and truly enjoyed our stay. Nothing significant was lacking; everything met our expectations for a very pleasant experience.

The room was large and clean. The entrance to a poorly lit and dirty alley was a drawback.
