I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, to say the least. Unfortunately, everything about the hotel fell short of my expectations.

I appreciated that the accommodation was clean and well-maintained during my stay. However, as a senior citizen, I found it quite challenging that my room was on the third floor and the hotel didn't have a lift. Additionally, the lack of a restaurant on the premises or nearby was a drawback, and I only found a food parcel company across the street. To make matters worse, there were no coffee or tea options in the vicinity.

I was actually quite pleased with my stay, despite some initial concerns. The hotel was nicely situated in a central location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt it was a good value for the price I paid.

I was happy with the cleanliness of my room and felt it was a good value for the money. However, I did experience some issues with the hot water supply, which wasn't always available when I needed it.
