The rooms are simple and not especially large, yet they’re spotless and cleaned every day. The food at the Locanda is unbeatable—best enjoyed with multiple courses at lunch and dinner, paired with wine, and then exploring the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike. You feel at home because everyone is wildly friendly and generous. We trekked there with luggage—every meter was worth it!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and I slept very well. Although the rooms might look a little tired, the staff, views, food, convenience, exceptional service, and value more than compensate. The rooms could use a refresh, yet they’re clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
