The staff were excellent and it was clear they cared about the experience. They called my mobile to confirm everything was fine. Requests (missing sign, extra towels) were answered very quickly. We also had a light meal in the lobby and the value for the price was great. A bit of improvement needed for pool area cleanliness.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding, and the beds were clean, comfortable, and had good climate control. The balcony offered a great view, and the bathroom and shower were spotless. The Dead Sea beach access was excellent, with a lifeguard tower, beach chairs, towels, and showers available. Lada, the guest services manager, gave personal attention and followed up nicely. However, parking on the property was inadequate and I had to pay for public parking one night. The room rate was very high, even though it was a peak week for the area.
