I stayed here for a transit layover; the place was clean and had all the basics, so it was flawless. The hotel staff were kind and the overall experience was comfortable. However, we had no issues, but two common negative points from earlier reviews still applied: first, the shuttle had problems—apparently the driver wasn’t from the hotel, so we had to coordinate via WeChat, and because the hotel also shuttles guests from a sister property, the pickup time wasn’t exactly what we wanted. Second, I’m a smoker and was thrilled that the entire building was smoking‑permitted, but the smell drifted down the hallway, so it might be tough for non‑smokers. Overall, everyone used translation apps, communicated politely, handled things well, and my stay was comfortable.

I booked a one‑night stay for a transit stop. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was large, which lifted my mood! Both arrival and departure were smooth thanks to the free shuttle bus. The catch was that the shuttle required WeChat… and the staff’s Chinese and English were weak, which made me uneasy. Also, the WeChat call function didn’t work properly, so I had to ask for help at the airport departure lobby counter.

The front desk staff were friendly. The bathroom was dirty.
