The hotel was very disappointing, especially the breakfast, which was really poor. The staff were okay and polite, but the breakfast and the overall hotel experience were not up to standard. In my opinion, the hotel deserves a zero rating. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

A wonderful place to stay in Laleli, warm people, very close to all transports, shops, coffees and restaurants, very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is in the rooftop, which is a plus that gives you good vibes.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the restaurant and at reception were great. The maid did an outstanding job.

Strengths: hygiene, organisation, personnel always attentive, very close to train, bus and tram. Weaknesses: room for 3 people very small, safe always broken, weak air conditioning, only one storage for 3 people.
