Everything was cool, clean, cozy, and the staff were friendly. Nothing to add.

Cleanliness, spaciousness, comfy mattresses, tidy housekeeping, and a central location. Breakfast was lacking.

Breakfast really impressed me – varied, tasty, and healthy! I recommend this hotel for families. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel sits in a quiet, green neighbourhood with a very convenient location.

A large, tidy room with breakfast included and a small parking spot for a couple of cars. The location is handy for transit in Shymkent. Overall good, but a few things could be improved. The room feels somewhat unfinished – the hotel is new and still missing details that create a sense of comfort. It was marketed as a family room, yet it’s not child‑friendly; there should be more hooks in the bathroom, some of which should be reachable for a child’s height. The shower water supply is wrong – hot and cold are swapped, risking burns.
